Janaadhar Sanand is a project proposed to be developed in Sanand City, a satellite urban center of Ahmedabad. Although Sanand only currently has a population of circa 40,000, it is located in an area of Gujarat that is forecast (by global real estate consultant JLL) to see substantial growth in affordable housing over the coming years.
